Account and product access

FarukLabs stores your account name, email, orders, submitted payment references and product access records. Google sign-in uses Firebase Authentication; a verified Firebase user ID is linked to your customer account. Keyboard typing, voice recordings, notes and clipboard text are not sent to this website by this connection.

Cookies and Google sign-in

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for login and cart sessions. If you choose Google sign-in, Google/Firebase processes your authentication details. You can also use an email account.

FarukLabs account and connected software

Google sign-in uses Firebase Authentication to identify your account. We use your verified identity for orders, manual permissions and supported software access. We store the connected software name and its first and most recent verified server connection time to show your services and manage support and access. This does not include typed text or offline activity. To request account deletion, visit Account deletion.

Shared FarukLabs account and recovery

You may use Google sign-in or create a FarukLabs account using your name, email address and password. A mobile number is optional and can be updated or removed. A saved mobile number can also be used with your password to sign in; the number alone cannot reset your password.

Account details are stored on the FarukLabs server. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes, and recovery codes are stored as hashes. Passwords and recovery codes are sent over HTTPS for authentication; raw passwords are not stored or visible to administrators. Firebase Authentication connects the account identity across the app and website using signed tokens.

Eight recovery codes are shown when you register without Google. Each code is single-use; generating a new list invalidates the old list. Keep copied codes or screenshots private. An administrator can reset a customer password after checking the request, but cannot retrieve an existing password.
