অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন / Delete your account

একটি FarukLabs অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে সব FarukLabs অ্যাপে (CoordLab, MistriLab, LandLens, TypeLipi) লগইন হয়। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছলে সব অ্যাপ থেকেই মুছে যায়।
One FarukLabs account signs you in to every FarukLabs app; deleting it removes it from all of them.

অ্যাপ থেকে / In the app

1. অ্যাপে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলুন (প্রোফাইল আইকন)। / Open the account (profile icon).
2. "অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন" চাপুন এবং নিশ্চিত করুন। / Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

ওয়েবসাইট থেকে / On the website

faruklabs.com/myaccount-এ লগইন করে Account থেকে স্থায়ীভাবে মুছুন। / Sign in at faruklabs.com/myaccount and delete it under Account.

যা মুছে যায় / What is deleted

• অ্যাকাউন্ট: নাম, ইমেইল/ফোন, লগইন। / The account: name, email/phone and sign-in.
• প্রিমিয়াম প্যাকেজ, লগইন করা ডিভাইস, টুল ব্যবহারের হিসাব। / Premium packages, signed-in devices and tool-use counts.
• সাপোর্ট সেশনের লগ ও কমান্ড (থাকলে)। / Support-session logs and commands, if any.

যা থাকে / What is kept

• ফোনে রাখা তথ্য (জব, পয়েন্ট, প্রজেক্ট) অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল না করা পর্যন্ত ফোনেই থাকে। / Data saved on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app.
• কেনার রেকর্ড হিসাবের জন্য থাকে, তবে নাম/যোগাযোগ ছাড়া। / Purchase records are kept for accounting, without your name or contact details.

লগইন করতে পারছেন না? / Can't sign in?

অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল বা ফোন দিয়ে অনুরোধ পাঠান; মালিক নিশ্চিত হয়ে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে দেওয়া হবে। / Send a request with the account's email or phone; we verify the owner and delete it within 30 days.
